ТЕРМИЧЕСКАЯ ОБРАБОТКА ОПЫТНЫХ ЛИСТОВ ТИТАНОВОГО СПЛАВА ВТ22 (Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe)

چکیده

Термическая обработка метастабильных β-титановых сплавов включает, по существу, две стадии: обработку на твердый раствор в β- или α+β-области и старение при более низких температурах. Экспериментально показано, что оптимальный комплекс механических свойств (sв ~1400 МПа, δ ~ 7,4 %) листовых полуфабрикатах проявляется после закалки с температуры 780 °С последующего старения температуре 540 течение 4 часов. Отмечена определенная нестабильность свойств, вероятно связанная неравномерностью горячей деформации прокатке процессе изготовления листов. У образцов, вырезанных из середины листовой полосы, показатели прочности 7 % выше, чем у других участков. А вот пластичности имеют иную закономерность: края прокатанной полосы пластичность выше 35 %.
